What reviewers should include

- Parking or waiting area accuracy.
- Loading/unloading flow and communication quality.
- Safety document clarity and site rules.
- Useful facts, not insults or private personal data.
What is not allowed
- Private driver, staff, or customer information.
- Fake reviews, paid manipulation, or competitor abuse.
- Threats, harassment, discrimination, or illegal content.
- Unverified accusations without operational detail.
Moderation approach
PrepKnow may remove reviews that expose private information, contain abuse, or do not describe a real operational experience. Businesses should respond with facts and route/process improvements.
Best review format
Context: delivery type and vehicle class. What worked: route, gate, parking, documents. What to improve: specific operational suggestion.
